Immediately after or 10:30AM service (so, say noon or so) everyone is invited to stay and roast wieners, play some hockey or just hang out and chill around the campfire. If you are planning to stay, bring your own wieners and buns, or other bag lunch, and hockey sticks. Ketchup and mustard will be provided. Pop and snacks will be available for purchase. Hope to see you there!

A free, fun night getting into the Bible together. Doors open @ 6:30PM
.
Here’s the deal: We understand that there are a number of folks who would like to come out to services each Sunday but volunteering in Sunday School, or work, or shift work, or a host of other real life issues make it impossible. So, we are holding an evening encore service to give people the opportunity to worship, take in the same message from the morning’s service, and spend a bit a time with others. The service will be abbreviated (no break in the middle), the music with be scaled down a bit (think MTV unplugged), but the message will be the same and probably better the second time through
That’s another thing. Maybe you attended in the morning and you think the message would be very meaningful for someone you know. Invite them out that evening! The kickoff evening service will be a “State of the Nation” message by Chris Pacholczak, the pastor of Grassroots Church. Come and learn more about the vision, developing plans of Grassroots Church, and how you can be a part of it.
Unfortunately childcare is unavailable but older children are definitely welcome to take in the service if they’d like to.
The service starts at 7:30PM and ends around 8:30PM.
Grassroots is extending its summer by one Sunday! That’s right, the service begins @ 11AM and runs ’til noon, Sunday September 4, 2011. As per summer usual there will be childcare for those 36 months and under. NEW START TIME NEXT WEEK! Stay tuned.
Our summer schedule will begin July 3rd and continue through Labor Day weekend. These will be family services, with childcare available for children 36 months and under. Hope to see you there!
